About

We build better humans.

End of Three Fitness is where the methodology gets made. For over a decade we have developed the programming, the mindset, and the business of coaching that turn ordinary people into autonomous athletes and unequivocal coaches. This is the work. Garage Gym Athlete is where it goes to practice.

How it started

It started with a grounded pilot.

In 2010 I was training to be a fighter pilot in the Air Force. Then I got injured. Just like that, I could not fly and I could not train. I started End of Three Fitness to keep myself focused on fitness while everything else was on hold.

I never got the flying back. The fitness came back in full force, and so did a whole lot of people who showed up looking for the same thing I was: a way to get dangerously fit and stay that way, on their own terms, without the shortcuts and gimmicks the industry was selling.

What began as one grounded pilot keeping a logbook became a decade-long project to figure out how training actually works, and how to teach it to anyone.

What we do

A methodology, not random workouts.

End of Three Fitness is not a pile of workouts. It is a system. Over more than a decade and 2,000,000 training sessions, we built a method that trains every quality and every movement a capable human needs, with just enough volume to adapt and not a rep more. It rests on three tenets: EO3 Elements, Concurrent Training, and Body Geometry.

End of Three Fitness develops the method. Garage Gym Athlete is the method in practice, the daily training built on top of it. One is the lab. The other is the gym floor.

Explore the method

The mission

Better humans. Autonomous athletes. Unequivocal coaches.

Better humans

Stronger, healthier, and harder to kill, in body and in mind. The whole point of training is a better life, not a better workout.

Autonomous athletes

People who understand their own training well enough to own it for the rest of their lives, with or without us.

Unequivocal coaches

Coaches who can program with total confidence and build a real business around the impact they make.

The founder

Built by Jerred Moon.

Jerred Moon founded End of Three Fitness in 2011, and later Garage Gym Athlete, and still leads the methodology behind both. He has coached strength and conditioning for Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) and holds the Tactical Strength and Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) credential through the NSCA.

The grounded pilot never stopped tinkering with how to make people harder to kill. More about Jerred, and everything else he is building, lives at jerred.com.
